Return Policy

MetroWest Water Gardens has a 30 day refund policy for all on-line purchases.  Should you be unsatisfied with your on-line purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving the item.

All returns must be in sent back to us in new, unused, and untested condition and returned to us prepaid in the original factory condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards and all parts and accessories.  This includes any writing or damage to the retail packaging.  We are sorry, but no exceptions will be made to this policy.

The following items are NOT returnable after purchase: books, replacement light bulbs, liquids and any specially ordered items. All return items require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMAN) assignment PRIOR to being returned.  Please call or email us with the details of your order, product, etc. and we will issue you a RMAN. Your returned item will be inspected prior to any refund being issued. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is deemed defective. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% for certain items.

Please carefully pack your returned items and ship them via UPS, FEDEX or USPS or any shipping provider of your choice. We strongly recommend using a carrier that offers package tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.  Also, please be sure the RMAN is clearly marked on the outside of the package. Do not tape or write anything on the item or the retail package. If the item is not in original resalable condition, you will be assessed a product restocking fee.

If you order an item and then decide you do not want the item, it is your responsibility to return the purchase to us prepaid. Refusing delivery does not constitute a waiver of your responsibility and the return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.
